ELIGIBILITY OF COURSE

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to BPT Program

  1. Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized Indian Board / National Open School with minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology).
  2. Candidate must have appeared for the NEET examination.
  3. Admission will be based on eligibility criteria and merit list prepared from 10+2 marks.
  4. Candidates who studied abroad must possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and NCAHP Equivalence Committee.
  5. Candidate must have completed 17 years of age on or before the date of admission in the current year.
  6. Candidate must submit a Physical Fitness Certificate from an authorized medical officer at the time of application.
  7. Eligible candidates may also apply under the disability quota as per prescribed norms. 
 
 
 
 
 

Counseling letter

*PUC-II 10+2/HSC or equivalent marks statement

*Proof of Birth date: SSLC/CBSE certificate/College leaving certificate/ Domicile certificate/ Nationality Certificate

* Migration certificate (for outside Karnataka & other than Pre University Board students only),

* An affidavit in the format signed by candidate and countersigned by parent/guardian in the presence of Notary Public on a stamp paper.

* Six recent passport size color photographs with name written on the backside.

*Domicile certificate of parents

(in case of candidates of KTC/BRD)

* Study certificate of the candidate

(in case of candidates of KTC/BRD)

* Certificate of medical fitness

* Conduct and character certificate from previous institutions

* Transfer certificate from the Institution studied last

* Undertaking by parent & by

 student regarding ragging in the

 format on bond paper

* Caste/Category certificate (SC/ST) if applicable)

Eligibility Criteria for NRI Students (BPT)

  • Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board.
  • Must obtain the required minimum marks in PCB (commonly 50% aggregate, subject to institution rules).
  • Must meet the minimum age of 17 years at the time of admission.
  • Foreign qualifications must be recognized as equivalent by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) / concerned authority.
  • Must submit valid NRI proof documents such as passport, visa, residence proof, sponsorship affidavit, or relationship proof (if sponsored by NRI relative).
  • Must submit a medical fitness certificate.
  • Admission is subject to seat availability, institution policy, and applicable counseling/merit rules.
